Do you feel successful on the outside but disconnected on the inside? Many people who carry high levels of responsibility, whether in their careers, athletics, or personal lives, find themselves feeling anxious, strained in relationships, or unsure of who they are beyond performance and expectations.
I work with individuals and couples navigating sports performance, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My work often centers on helping high-achieving individuals and athletes manage busy schedules, performance pressure, and high-profile or demanding roles while staying connected to themselves and the people who matter most. Together, we explore how pressure, identity, and past experiences show up in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building tools that support balance, self-compassion, and more fulfilling connections.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I help clients better understand their inner world, increase emotional flexibility, and develop skills that support both emotional well-being and sustainable performance on and off the field. Sessions offer space for reflection, curiosity, and honest conversation at a pace that feels right for you.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and safe to show up fully. As a Latina therapist, I bring cultural awareness and lived experience into the work, honoring the role identity, heritage, and personal history play in healing, growth, and resilience.
If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught between who you are and who you’re expected to be, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with intention. I would be honored to work with you.
