I provide compassionate, tailored therapy for individuals of all ages, specializing in adolescents and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. My approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and cultural humility. With a background in Chicago’s community mental health, I have worked with diverse populations and diagnoses, gaining a profound understanding of the complexities of emotional and psychological well-being.
I also integrate holistic techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, and aromatherapy to foster deep healing and emotional regulation. For instance, sessions may conclude with a guided breathing exercise to help restore balance and ease after discussing difficult topics.
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me in yoga studios, coffee shops, or bookstores, embracing wellness and community.
