Service Description
This class is all about feeling yourself and resetting. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Pam’s class invites you to explore your movement, set your intentions, and rediscover yourself. In Pam’s classes, you’ll connect with your breath and tune into how your body and mind are feeling. She focuses on using movement as a form of therapy, building heat within the body, setting intentions, and helping you come back to yourself, shutting out external noise, and tuning inward. Whether you’re looking to release stress, build awareness, or simply take a pause in your day, this class offers an opportunity to show up for yourself with compassion and curiosity.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All classes are non-refundable. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to keep your credit and avoid fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in: A $10 late cancellation/no-show fee Loss of that class credit For multi-class plans, the same policy applies: cancel 24+ hours in advance to keep your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $10 and the credit will be deducted.
