Join us for an intimate, music-filled midday workshop designed to help you step out of overthinking and into creativity, expression, and flow. Blending musical improvisation, group singing, and drama therapy informed practices, this playful and supportive experience invites participants to reconnect with spontaneity, presence, and authentic self-expression in a low-pressure environment. In this session, we’ll explore: • Musical improv games & creative group exercises • Voice, rhythm, spontaneity & playful expression • Creativity, connection & presence through music and play Participation is always optional and no singing, acting, or musical experience is required. Observation is always welcome. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking for a midday reset, a creative outlet, or a supportive space to reconnect with joy, curiosity, and flow.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All classes are non-refundable. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to keep your credit and avoid fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in: A $10 late cancellation/no-show fee Loss of that class credit For multi-class plans, the same policy applies: cancel 24+ hours in advance to keep your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $10 and the credit will be deducted.
