Healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it starts by slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and learning to be present with yourself in a new way. I believe holistic healing can open the door to deeper self-discovery, growth, and a more grounded connection to who you are and who you’re becoming.
As a dance/movement therapist, I integrate talk therapy with movement-based interventions to support healing on both a physical and emotional level. Our work together focuses on reconnecting mind, body, and spirit helping you release guilt, shame, and patterns that no longer serve you, while building empowerment and self-trust from within. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at your pace, honoring both comfort and discomfort as part of meaningful growth.
I work with adults (18+) and have experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders and body image concerns (including those in recovery or ready to engage in the work), trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. I also support clients living with chronic illness, as someone who personally lives with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding to this work. I also welcome those who wish to integrate spirituality or a Christian-informed approach into therapy.
While we can’t change the past, we can explore how it lives in the body and rewrite the story moving forward. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where your pain can be held, your strengths honored, and your healing journey supported with care and intention.
