This group offers a unique, structured environment where participants can explore identity, communication, collaboration & emotional awareness through guided gameplay & facilitated therapeutic support.
Through immersive storytelling, group interaction & reflective processing, participants will have the opportunity to:
-
Build social connection & collaborative skills in a supportive group setting.
-
Strengthen communication, perspective-taking & emotional expression.
-
Explore identity, confidence & problem-solving through role-play & narrative.
-
Develop self-awareness, regulation strategies & relational insight in real time.
Each session provides a consistent, supportive environment where teens can engage in cooperative storytelling, guided reflection & meaningful group interaction designed to foster growth, confidence & connection.
No prior experience with Dungeons & Dragons is needed. This group is open to teens interested in creative expression, storytelling & exploring connection in a structured, supportive space.
Bring curiosity, openness & a willingness to participate in group play & reflection.
Inquiry & Booking Process
To ensure this group is the right fit for each participant, we begin with a brief 10-minute consult with one of the facilitators. This allows us to answer questions, understand interest & needs, & support thoughtful placement into the group.
To inquire or schedule a consult, please complete the inquiry form. Once submitted, we will follow up to schedule a consult time and share any next steps.
Participation is limited & spots will be confirmed following the consult process.

What to Expect
Each week, teens will begin with a brief grounding & check-in before participating in a facilitated Dungeons & Dragons session. The facilitators guide the story & support group interaction in real time, helping teens navigate communication, collaboration & emotional experiences as they arise.
No prior D&D experience is needed.
The emphasis is not on gameplay skill, but on using structured storytelling as a tool for building social connection, emotional awareness & confidence within a consistent, supportive group setting.
