This series is designed as a continuation and expansion of our previous Body Neutrality workshop, offering participants the opportunity to explore more nuanced aspects of body neutrality, including food, identity, movement & liberation from external expectations.
Through guided reflection, discussion & embodied exercises, you’ll learn to:

Reconnect with your body’s wisdom around food & movement.

Examine how identity, culture & societal pressures shape your body experience.

Cultivate skills for self-compassion, body acceptance & joyful movement.

Reclaim personal freedom in how you relate to your body, appearance & lifestyle.
Each session offers a small, supportive environment where participants can engage in reflection, journaling, discussion & movement-based practices designed to deepen body neutrality & empower a compassionate, inclusive relationship with oneself.

No prior experience is needed... this series is open to anyone interested in expanding their practice of body neutrality, whether you attended the previous workshop or are joining for the first time.
