THERAPIST

MA, LPC, MSEd

In Person & IL Telehealth

I provide warm, direct, and deeply relational therapy for adults, teens, and children who are navigating big emotions, difficult transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them.

My style is steady, grounded, and compassionate, with a focus on helping you feel understood while also giving you the practical tools you need to move forward.

My approach blends evidence‑based practices like CBT, IFS, and DBT with nervous‑system education and mind‑body coping skills. Clients feel the difference in their ability to manage anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, trauma responses, and the stress of everyday life.

I also have extensive experience supporting individuals stepping down from IOP/PHP programs, including those coping with suicidal thoughts or attempts, depression and anxiety, and BPD traits or characteristics. I understand how overwhelming those transitions can be and how important it is to rebuild safety, structure, and emotional regulation.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients explore the deeper layers of their story—family dynamics, childhood experiences, and the inner child parts that still need care and attention. Together, we work on letting go of beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you, finding acceptance in your past, and moving toward a more fulfilling and grounded future. I love supporting clients as they build self‑esteem, reconnect with their worth, and imagine the life they want next.

Whether you’re rebuilding after a difficult chapter, struggling to cope, or a parent seeking support for your child, you’re welcome here. My goal is to help you feel steadier, more regulated, and more connected—to yourself, to your relationships, and to the life you’re creating.
