Hi, my name is Jamie, and I am the Marketing Manager at Bella Valore Psychotherapy. I recently relocated to Chicago from South Africa, bringing with me a global perspective and a deep respect for the power of clear, intentional communication.

At Bella Valore, I am responsible for shaping how the practice is experienced beyond the therapy room. My work focuses on brand voice, content strategy, digital presence, and client-facing communication; ensuring that what people see and read reflects the care, integrity, and depth of the work happening within the practice.

I believe marketing in a mental health space should feel ethical, grounded, and human. Rather than prioritising visibility alone, I focus on building trust, clarity, and connection. Every message, visual, and campaign is approached with intention, alignment, and respect for the vulnerability inherent in seeking support.

I am inspired by Bella Valore’s commitment to holistic, whole-person healing and feel proud to contribute to a practice that values depth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
