Join us for an intimate midday workshop exploring the connection between voice, body, creativity & presence through music, play & improvisation.

This is a bring-your-own-lunch workshop... come nourished, come ready to play & enjoy your midday reset.

In this guided lunch-hour experience, we’ll explore how sound, expression & spontaneous creativity can help us reconnect with ourselves & with one another. By blending the playful nature of musical improvisation with grounding principles of drama therapy, this workshop invites you to step out of routine, soften self-judgment & open to the natural ease of expression.
Participants will be guided through simple vocal & rhythmic games, group singing & improvisational exercises designed to encourage presence, connection & creative flow. You’re invited to bring your lunch, settle in & move at your own pace in a relaxed & supportive environment.

This space is designed to be light, welcoming & restorative. A midday pause to step away from the demands of the day & reconnect with a sense of joy, play & aliveness.
No prior singing or musical experience is necessary… simply bring curiosity, openness & a willingness to explore your voice in a new way.

What to Expect
This workshop blends gentle guidance with playful, embodied musical practices designed to support expression, presence & creative connection. Throughout the session, participants will explore the relationship between voice, body & emotional experience, creating space to reconnect with themselves and others in an open and supportive way.
This workshop also offers an invitation to gently loosen the grip of overthinking & return to a more playful, present way of being. Drawing on elements of improvisation, drama & music... alongside therapeutic perspectives & techniques... it opens a pathway to embrace imperfection, explore freely & reconnect with your own natural rhythm within the flow of creativity.
During the workshop, participants will be guided through:

A grounding exercise & intention-setting practice.

Light vocal warm-ups & breath-based sound exploration.

Simple musical improv games designed to encourage spontaneity & ease.

Group rhythm & call-&-response singing exercises.

Creative expression through voice, movement & play.

Moments of rest, observation & integration throughout the session.

Optional group sharing & closing reflection.
This experience is designed to be both playful & experiential, allowing participants to not only engage with music and improvisation but to explore what it feels like to express themselves freely, without pressure or expectation.
