Pam's approach to yoga focuses on inviting students to ask gentle, powerful questions such as: How is your mind and body feeling today? How do you show up for yourself? What does it feel like to be in your body right now? Her classes emphasize moving with the breath, building mindful heat, checking in along the way, and setting intentions that students are free to explore in their own way.

Pam is a versatile yoga teacher who has worked with everyone from infants to 80-year-olds, bringing a broad spectrum of experience to her classes. She teaches both flow and gentle yoga, welcoming all levels and meeting students exactly where they are.
