True healing often begins when we reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the present moment. In therapy, I strive to offer a calm and supportive environment where you can explore your story, reflect on the patterns that have shaped your life, and begin the process of rewriting your narrative in ways that foster growth, empowerment, and wholeness.
My approach integrates talk therapy with holistic, mindfulness-based interventions to nurture self-awareness and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I work with young adults and adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, body image struggles, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with complex trauma and those impacted by narcissistic relationships.
Healing can bring moments of discomfort, but by moving at your own pace, we can release guilt, shame, and other burdens that keep you feeling stuck. Through this process, you can cultivate greater self-trust, authenticity, and long-term wellness.
