My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in the cycle of shame, fear, or addiction—someone who wants to live with integrity but feels pulled between who they are and who they want to be. You may be struggling with addiction, infidelity, pornography, or the weight of unhealed trauma. Perhaps you are facing a marriage that feels distant or broken, or you’re battling anxiety and self-doubt that make it difficult to connect with others. Deep down, you want peace, freedom, and a life that aligns with your faith and values. You want to feel whole again—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from addiction, betrayal, and emotional disconnection. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and faith-integrated counseling, I work with you to uncover the root causes of your pain—not just the symptoms.
Healing begins with courage—the courage to face your pain and take one small step toward change. You don’t have to do this alone. My role is to walk with you through your journey, providing support, truth, and grace as you rediscover hope and connection. No matter where you are in your story, there is a way forward, and I would be honored to help you find it.
