Service Description

Yoga Level: All Levels (Beginner-Friendly with options for progression) Intensity Level: Moderate This grounded, structured practice is inspired by the traditional Ashtanga primary series, offering a steady and intentional approach to building both strength and focus. We begin with seated breathwork and gentle joint mobilization, allowing the body to warm and prepare before moving into the rhythmic flow of Sun Salutations A & B. From there, the practice unfolds through a curated sequence of standing, prone, and supine postures, held with steadiness to support physical stamina and mental clarity. The class gradually transitions from active effort into stillness, closing with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to support full nervous system reset and integration. With a steady, focused pace, this practice invites you to explore both strength and softness... moving with intention, and resting just as fully. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available to support and deepen your experience. All levels are welcome, with space to move at your own pace.

Booking & Cancellation Policy All classes are non-refundable. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to keep your credit and avoid fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in: A $10 late cancellation/no-show fee Loss of that class credit For multi-class plans, the same policy applies: cancel 24+ hours in advance to keep your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $10 and the credit will be deducted.
