Service Description

Whether you’re moving through a challenging time in your relationship or longing to connect on a deeper level, this session creates an energetic exchange of harmony, peace, and love between two people. We begin with a conversation to set an intention for your session. You then settle in with gentle, conscious breathwork and a grounding body scan to quiet lingering thoughts and release subtle tension held in the body. From there, I guide you on a meditative journey to connect with your partner and create a shared field of love. The harmonic waves of the gong then wash over you both, dissolving the barriers between you and drawing you into a deeper resonance with one another. We close with a few quiet moments to integrate the experience and gently return, leaving you feeling more open, attuned, and connected.
