Service Description
We begin with a conversation to set an intention for your session. You’ll then settle in with gentle, conscious breathwork and a grounding body scan to quiet lingering thoughts and release subtle tension held in the body. From there, I’ll guide you on a meditative journey to explore your inner landscape. The waves of the gong will envelop you and carry you deep within, resonating through the energetic fibers of your being. At the end we leave space for silence and stillness.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of your original service price.
