CLINCAL SOCIAL WORKER/THERAPIST
(SHE/HER)

Therapy is a place where you can bring your full, messy self into the room without fear or judgement. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, warm space where you can start the healing process.
Fundamentally, I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My job is to build a collaborative space where you are able to access that expertise and build a life that feels fulfilling and free. As a trained social worker, I am taught to consider your environment, culture, and background in our work. In other words, I understand the way that the world around you has a direct and tangible impact on your day to day life.
I have a variety of experience working with people in all stages of their life, from early teen years all the way to people in their eighties. I have been honored to work with people while they navigate major changes in their lives and all the feelings that accompany them.
I specialize in working with people experiencing
anxiety, post-traumatic stress, relationship
issues, and professional burnout.
My therapeutic model is dynamic because I understand that therapy is not one-size fits all. From strengths-based to evidenced-based approaches like ACT and EFT, and somatic tools. My therapy is built on collective, positive, and brave relationships and the belief that healing is possible.
