Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. At times, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by change, questioning who you are, struggling to make decisions, or wondering what comes next. Maybe you are navigating relationship challenges, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, wrestling with perfectionism or self-doubt, or simply trying to find your footing during a new season of life.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and gently reflect on these experiences. Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your story while building practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

I am a clinical intern and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I have also completed Gottman Method Level 1 Training, which has strengthened my foundation in evidence-based approaches to couples therapy & relationship work. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. Drawing from my background in holistic health, I view well-being through the interconnectedness of the mind, body, relationships, and environment.

I integrate attachment-informed therapy and evidence-based approaches – including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills – tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. When welcomed, I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, dating and relationship patterns, communication and conflict, identity exploration, perfectionism, career-related stress, and life transitions. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel seen and heard.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my Australian Shepherd, Finn, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying live music and concerts.
