You are not something that needs to be fixed.

I believe therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without having to have everything figured out or pretending that you have it all together. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. While therapy can involve difficult conversations and uncomfortable emotions, I also believe there should be room for laughter, humor, and moments of joy along the way.

I work with young adults and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, relationships, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I have a particular interest in narcissistic relationship recovery, dating and relationship patterns, and helping clients build a stronger sense of self.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, incorporating talk therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself and the patterns that have shaped your life. Together, we can work through what you're experiencing at your own pace while developing tools that support greater self-trust, confidence, and authenticity.

At the heart of my work, I believe healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about creating space to understand yourself, heal from what you've experienced, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. We'll celebrate your progress, navigate the difficult moments together, and make room for growth along the way.

Outside of therapy, I'm a big fan of the little things in life. I love cooking (especially when I can convince someone else to try what I made!), getting lost in a good fantasy book, taking walks, and spending entirely too much time cuddling with my Siamese cat, Blue.

You don't have to become a different person to heal. My hope is that therapy can help you feel more confident in who you are and more empowered to live a life that feels authentically yours.
