As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is collaborative and integrative, blending talk therapy with mindfulness-based practices to support a holistic connection between your mind, body, and emotions. I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues. In our work together, we’ll gently

explore how past experiences have shaped your patterns, beliefs, and behaviors while developing practical tools to support resilience, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to self.

While we can’t change the past, we can begin to understand its impact and reclaim your story with greater intention, agency, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and safety, supporting your healing process every step of the way.
