I'm a counseling intern at Bella Valore Psychotherapy, where I’m immersed in a dynamic, holistic practice that blends traditional psychotherapy with integrative wellness approaches. Originally from Italy, I bring a multicultural perspective to the way I think about healing, connection, and care.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology of Well-being, Empowerment, and Rehabilitation and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of populations, including individuals with disabilities, children and families in therapeutic settings, and adults facing complex life challenges. These diverse experiences have shaped my sensitivity to each person’s unique story, background, and strengths.

While I’m here in Chicago completing my internship, my goal is to gain hands-on experience, respectfully observing how my colleagues work through an integrated and holistic approach to mental health, combining evidence-based psychological practices with wellness tools.

At Bella Valore, I support marketing, public relations, and community outreach efforts. These experiences deepen my understanding of connection, both within the therapy room and out in the world.

I'm especially passionate about exploring how Western psychology can be enriched by Eastern wellness traditions such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and Reiki. I’m also deeply interested in learning more about LGBTQ+ mental health and multicultural perspectives, to support a future practice that is inclusive, informed, and culturally sensitive, both in the U.S. and in Italy.

Born in Italy with Polish heritage, I hope to one day offer therapy not only in English and Italian but also in Polish, embracing the richness of multilingual and cross-cultural connections.

When I begin working directly with clients, I will bring with me a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach. I believe that every feeling is a signal and every symptom a story, one that deserves to be explored in a space of safety, curiosity, and respect.
